For all Xiaomi lovers in India who were waiting eagerly for Redmi Note 3. It’s time to be happy once again. According to our reports Xiaomi is all set to announce the Redmi Note 3 in India on March 3rd. Which is most likely to be available on Flipkart.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is available in two variants, one with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and the other one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. At the back it has 16MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED flash, while at the front is a 5MP camera. It supports 4G LTE and runs MiUI 7 layered over Android Lollipop. The phone was already launched in China last month, and was priced at CNY 999, which is about Rs. 10,500. Our sources told that Xiaomi will try to bring it under Rs. 10000 price range in India.

Gadgets3600 by NDTV mentioned that aside from having two chipset versions, Xiaomi also built regular and premium variants of the product. The Redmi Note 3 comes with two RAM and storage versions – the base model has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, while the other version has a 3GB RAM paired with 32 GB of internal storage. The internal storage for these versions cannot be expanded, at least for the MediaTek chipset variant. The Snapdragon version of the Redmi Note 3, on the other hand, can be expandable up to 128GB.
