      It didn’t show my password which is saved but hidden. The fine print on the app may give that warning when it says the app will not “retrieve or display wifi passwords saved using the default android wifi manager without root access. But it can still save and restore new entries without root.”

    In my smartphone, when i open that file WPA_supplicant.config, it doesn’t show any passcodes, but rather the device info.

    Go to data on ex file manager and click the required thing (wpa_supplicant.conf) in search box then u will get it directly ….

      Use wpa 2psk and disable or lock your wps if you have one and use a long password which should not be a dictionary word.
